The SIP standard, no whitelist
Any SIP phone or software registers with us, whatever the brand. You're not required to buy any particular model.
We won't comment on someone else's product: we don't run it, and a comparison written by a competitor isn't worth much. What we can do is describe how we work with nothing rounded off, and give you the questions to ask on both sides.
You'll find plenty of “them versus us” tables online. We don't publish one: we don't run the other product, its editions keep changing, and we'd be judge and party. A false claim about a competitor doesn't help you decide.
So this page describes how we work ourselves, then lists the questions that make the difference in daily use. Ask them on both sides, and ask for the answer in writing.
Our invoice has four lines, and it always reads the same way: a one-off setup fee; then, every month, your actual usage, the capacity you reserve in simultaneous calls, and your numbers.
We don't publish a ready-made grid: a single figure would be wrong for almost everyone. The structure of the calculation, though, is public.
The path of your calls is drawn with the mouse: a greeting, a menu, opening hours, a queue, a forward to the on-call line. Extensions, numbers and hours are set in the same place, by your own teams.
We don't sell a block of administration hours, because none is needed.

For Snom and Yealink, the phone comes out of the box, gets plugged in, and fetches its configuration the first time it starts up.
You keep your own, and we're the ones who build the file. Nobody has to warn their customers about a number change.
An app on Windows and macOS, or the same extension in a browser tab, with no install and no admin rights.
Europe in Paris, Asia in Singapore, North America in Hillsboro. Your system is hosted on your continent's site.
Transcription and analysis run on our own infrastructure, in Europe, whichever site hosts your system. One exception, flagged as such: the optional voice agent relies on an external service.
Here are the questions whose answer changes the bill and the daily experience. They apply to any provider, us included. Ask for the answers in writing, and compare the writing.
An answer given verbally and never in writing is already an answer.
Give us your simultaneous calls, your minutes and the countries where you want numbers. We'll come back with an amount to set against it.
