Included everywhere, no exceptions
Of the eleven providers compared in this series, six have no official Odoo integration, and the other five reserve it for a higher plan or only cover part of it. Ours is in every one of our plans.
Zoom Phone doesn't mention Odoo on any of its official integration pages. In exchange, their support commitments are unusually detailed and figures-backed: we say that too, not only what suits us.
We looked for an official Odoo integration at Zoom Phone: their integrations page lists Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Zendesk, Avaya, Mitel, never Odoo. Their app catalogue, filtered on the CRM category, doesn't show Odoo either.
The information on Zoom Phone below comes from their pricing page, their built-in AI page and their support plans, accessed on 21 September 2026. Check them at the source, ours as well as theirs, before deciding.
| Axivox | Zoom Phone | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A cloud phone system, publisher of the software | The telephony module of the Zoom platform, sold on its own or bundled with Zoom Workplace |
| Billing model | No per-user subscription: setup, a fixed call plan (20 €/month within the European Economic Area, 40 €/month outside the EEA), reserved capacity, numbers. The detail | Subscription per user, per month. Their page shows $16 to $24.50 on an annual commitment, but that plan only covers calls to the United States and Canada: for an international plan, their own page points to a quote, with no price shown. Their price list |
| Entry-level offer | 20 €/month of call credit within the European Economic Area, 40 €/month for the rest of the world, regardless of your number of users | No free plan found for telephony itself |
| Odoo integration | Included in every plan, built and maintained by us | None found: missing from their integrations page and their app catalogue filtered on CRMs |
| Where your call analysis runs | With our own local, private AI, on our servers in Europe. The detail | Three documented options: processing on their own systems only, or with Anthropic models via AWS (default for European accounts), or with third-party models including possible processing in the United States |
| Technical support | An engineer who runs the platform, no tiers | Figures-backed commitments across 5 plans: from 1 hour (acknowledgement of a critical incident) to 30 minutes on their highest tier |
No feature-by-feature table this time: there's nothing to put next to it. What we found outside their official pages: community modules published on Odoo's app store by independent developers, not by Zoom. It's neither maintained nor supported by them.
In fairness, their support commitments are among the most precise we found in this series of comparisons: response times given in figures by severity level, with a service target advertised up to 95%. That's not nothing, even without an Odoo integration behind it.

Odoo's official documentation names only three verified providers worldwide: Axivox, DIDWW and OnSIP. None of the other ten providers in this series appear there.
With us, it runs on our own infrastructure, in Europe, included in every plan. Several providers in this series charge extra for it, or don't say where it runs.

For Snom and Yealink, the phone comes out of the box, gets plugged in, and pulls its configuration on first boot.
A click on an Odoo record picks up and dials your desk phone, no softphone to open. No headset, no computer required.
