Three faults we recognise from a mile off
A phone system rarely goes down for a dramatic reason. It goes down because a carrier changed a setting, because a phone model handles a renegotiation badly, or because a firewall cuts a stream after thirty seconds.
These cases aren't learned from documentation, they build up over years. That memory of past faults comes with the platform.
