Wildix sells through its network of partner integrators, including for Odoo: three connectors exist, built by partners, not by Wildix itself. Here's what we found, dated and sourced.
Wildix sells through a network of partner integrators, and Odoo integration is no exception: three connectors exist, published by separate partners, none built by Wildix itself. Their own catalogue reserves the "Wildix Native" label for integrations like Salesforce or HubSpot, not these ones.
The information on Wildix below comes from their pricing page, their integrations page and the three Odoo connector listings found there, accessed on 21 September 2026. Check them at the source, ours as well as theirs, before deciding.

|---|---|---|
| What it is | A cloud phone system, publisher of the software | A cloud system sold through a network of partner integrators |
| Billing model | No per-user subscription: setup, a fixed call plan (20 €/month within the European Economic Area, 40 €/month outside the EEA), reserved capacity, numbers. The detail | Subscription per user, 4 named tiers but no price shown: the rate depends on the integrator selling you the offer |
| Odoo integration | One, built and maintained by us, included in every plan | Three different connectors, each published by a separate partner, not by Wildix |
| Summary and transcription tied to Odoo | Included in every plan, by our own local, private AI | Present on only one of the three connectors (the one from publisher Red Cactus); the other two don't mention it |
| Where your call analysis runs | With our own local, private AI, on our servers in Europe. The detail | Their AI page names third-party models, "OpenAI GPT and Google Gemini", without stating where processing happens |
| Technical support | Direct, from an engineer who runs the platform | The official technical channel is reserved for their partners: "already a Wildix partner and need technical assistance? Open a ticket on WMP" |
Three connectors, three publishers, three different levels of detail. None of them is a Wildix product: each has its own terms, its own support, and sometimes its own fees. Odoo's official documentation names three verified providers, Axivox, DIDWW and OnSIP: Wildix isn't among them.
