Pricing

What makes the price, and what doesn't

We don't publish a ready-made grid, because a single figure would be wrong for almost everyone. What we can give you is exactly what your price is calculated on, so you can estimate it yourself before even talking to us.

The structure

Four lines, and nothing else

Your invoice always reads the same way. None of these lines depends on how many people you equip.

Cost lineWhenWhat makes it vary
Setuponce, at the startBuilding your installation: taking over your numbers, building the dial plans, registering the phones.
Usageevery month, on actual useYour outbound minutes and their destinations. A call to a foreign mobile doesn't cost what a local call costs.
Capacityevery month, on what you reserveThe number of calls you need to handle at the same time. It's the sizing of your installation, not your headcount.
Numbersevery month, per unitHow many numbers you hold, and in which countries. A local Belgian number and a toll-free number aren't billed the same way.
The surprising part

You don't pay per extension

Most telephony offers bill a subscription per user. Not here: what costs money is the traffic you generate and the capacity you reserve, not the number of people who pick up.

  • One more colleague doesn't change your subscription
  • A workshop phone used twice a month doesn't cost what a sales phone costs
  • You size on your simultaneous calls, always far fewer than your extensions

Estimating before asking

Two numbers, and you already know a lot

If you already have an installation, your current carrier can give you your minutes per month and your main destinations. For capacity, count your calls at the same time during peak hours, not your headcount.

  • A rough rule: an office SME often gets by with one simultaneous call for every four to six people
  • A call centre, on the other hand, is closer to one to one
  • If in doubt, give a rough order of magnitude, we'll refine it

A price that follows your activity, not your org chart.
