Authenticated phones
A phone only retrieves its configuration after authenticating with a certificate. Nobody can impersonate one of your extensions.
You only notice a phone system when it goes down. So here's what we do to make sure that doesn't happen.
Every server, every link and every service is measured continuously. When a value drifts out of range, an alert goes to our team, often before you've noticed anything at all.
An incident caught in time isn't an incident.
Your phone system is hosted on the site for your continent, and your extensions register there. For your outgoing calls, traffic is spread across several carriers per destination, and the route is chosen on every call.

On the admin interface, on top of the password. And you can see the list of your open sessions, with the option to revoke them.
Repeated login attempts are blocked automatically, without ever cutting off a client site that's already registered.
Stored on our servers, accessible from your interface, never handed off to a third-party host.
Signalling and audio can be encrypted end to end across the network, including for the softphone.
Replicated, and above all actually restored: a backup that's never been restored isn't a backup.
Recording, transcription and translation of your calls run on our own infrastructure, with no external AI. The only exceptions: integrations and conversational AI agents.
