Included everywhere, no exceptions
Of the eleven providers compared in this series, six have no official Odoo integration, and the other five reserve it for a higher plan or only cover part of it. Ours is in every one of our plans.
At Dstny, Odoo shows up as one logo among 16 to 70 generic CRM connectors, never on a page of its own. Here's what we found on their public pages, dated and sourced.
Dstny offers two CRM coupling tools, CRM Connect and CRM Intelligence, each listing Odoo among sixteen to over seventy generic connectors. Neither page details Odoo specifically: no version, no hosting, no feature specific to this integration.
The information on Dstny below comes from their CRM Connect page, their AI page and their support commitments page, accessed on 21 September 2026. Check them at the source, ours as well as theirs, before deciding.
| Axivox | Dstny | |
|---|---|---|
| What it is | A cloud phone system, publisher of the software | A European telecom operator, a group present in several countries |
| Billing model | No per-user subscription: setup, a fixed call plan (20 €/month within the European Economic Area, 40 €/month outside the EEA), reserved capacity, numbers. The detail | Not published for their main offer: an online configurator calculates the price, with no visible price list |
| Odoo integration | Included in every plan, built and maintained by us | A logo among 16 to over 70 generic CRM connectors, across two different tools, with no page or detail of its own. In France it's reserved for the Smart+ tier, the base licence doesn't include it |
| Transcription and summary | Included in every plan, by our own local, private AI | "Dstny Copilot" and "Call Assistant": transcription, summary and real-time keywords, but with no link made to Odoo on their pages |
| Where your call analysis runs | With our own local, private AI, on our servers in Europe. The detail | "Hosted in Swedish and European data centres", ISO certified, data not used to train their models |
| Technical support (Belgium) | Direct, from an engineer who runs the platform | Figures-backed commitments by severity: immediate for a service outage, 6 hours for an unavailable main link |
No feature-by-feature table this time: there's nothing to put next to it. CRM Connect promises an automatic record, a click to call and logging, but for the CRMs it names one by one: Salesforce, Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Pipedrive and about fifteen others. Odoo appears in the logo list, with not a single word of their documentation devoted to it.
In fairness, their support commitments in Belgium are written in black and white, by severity level, with precise deadlines. That's more than most providers in this series publish, and it deserves to be said.
Of the eleven providers compared in this series, six have no official Odoo integration, and the other five reserve it for a higher plan or only cover part of it. Ours is in every one of our plans.
Odoo's official documentation names only three verified providers worldwide: Axivox, DIDWW and OnSIP. None of the other ten providers in this series appear there.
With us, it runs on our own infrastructure, in Europe, included in every plan. Several providers in this series charge extra for it, or don't say where it runs.
20 € or 40 € of call credit a month, whatever your headcount. Most of the providers compared here bill per user, per month.

For Snom and Yealink, the phone comes out of the box, gets plugged in, and pulls its configuration on first boot.
A click on an Odoo record picks up and dials your desk phone, no softphone to open. No headset, no computer required.

Recording, transcription and summarising run on our own infrastructure, in Europe, and write directly into your Odoo. No outside AI service ever hears your calls.
Odoo's softphone or ours, whichever each person prefers. Both feed the same integration, so the same customer record.
Here are the questions whose answers change your bill and your day-to-day life with Odoo. They apply to any provider, us included. Ask for the answers in writing.
