Included everywhere, no exceptions
Of the eleven providers compared in this series, six have no official Odoo integration, and the other five reserve it for a higher plan or only cover part of it. Ours is in every one of our plans.
Dialpad highlights a heavily promoted proprietary AI, but we found no Odoo integration on their official pages: no dedicated page, no mention in their app catalogue, none in their FAQ.
We looked for an official Odoo integration at Dialpad and found none: Odoo doesn't appear in their app catalogue, in their contact-centre integrations page, or in their FAQ. The address built on the pattern of their other official integrations returns a page not found.
The information on Dialpad below comes from their pricing page, their app marketplace and their AI page, accessed on 21 September 2026. Check them at the source, ours as well as theirs, before deciding.

No feature-by-feature table this time: there's nothing to put in the Dialpad column. Their app catalogue lists Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot and sector tools, never Odoo. The address they use for their other official integrations (on the pattern of Google Workspace's or Microsoft 365's) doesn't exist for Odoo.
What we found outside their official pages: third-party connectors via Zapier or Make, and a browser extension not published by Dialpad that adds a call button in Odoo. It's neither maintained nor supported by them: ask the question before relying on it.
We're not downplaying what they do well elsewhere: their proprietary AI transcribes live, summarises the call and gauges the tone of the conversation, and their voice server relies on language understanding to route callers by intent rather than a simple touch-tone tree. None of that, as far as we know, writes into your Odoo.

Odoo's official documentation names only three verified providers worldwide: Axivox, DIDWW and OnSIP. None of the other ten providers in this series appear there.
With us, it runs on our own infrastructure, in Europe, included in every plan. Several providers in this series charge extra for it, or don't say where it runs.

For Snom and Yealink, the phone comes out of the box, gets plugged in, and pulls its configuration on first boot.
A click on an Odoo record picks up and dials your desk phone, no softphone to open. No headset, no computer required.

Recording, transcription and summarising run on our own infrastructure, whichever site hosts your system. No outside AI service ever hears your calls.
Odoo's softphone or ours, whichever each person prefers. Both feed the same integration, so the same customer record.
