Included everywhere, no exceptions
Of the eleven providers compared in this series, six have no official Odoo integration, and the other five reserve it for a higher plan or only cover part of it. Ours is in every one of our plans.
Sewan publishes neither its pricing nor an Odoo integration: their CRM connector lists Salesforce, Dynamics, HubSpot, SAP, Zendesk, SugarCRM, but never Odoo. Here's what we found, dated and sourced.
Sewan publishes no pricing on its business telephony pages: all of them point to a demo or a contact form. Their CRM connector, MyConnector, names Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, SAP, Zendesk and SugarCRM. Odoo doesn't appear on any of their official pages.
The information on Sewan below comes from their business telephony page and their Smart Record AI article, accessed on 21 September 2026. Check them at the source, ours as well as theirs, before deciding.

| Odoo integration | Included in every plan, built and maintained by us | None found, neither on their product page nor in the list of CRMs connected to their MyConnector tool |

No feature-by-feature table this time: there's nothing to put next to it. MyConnector, their telephony-CRM coupling tool, shows contact records and their history for the CRMs it names, and Odoo isn't among them, neither in their dedicated blog post about opening up to CRMs, nor in their help centre.

Odoo's official documentation names only three verified providers worldwide: Axivox, DIDWW and OnSIP. None of the other ten providers in this series appear there.
