Where we are
EVOCOM SRL, Rue de Saint-Paul 11, 1457 Walhain, Belgium. Phone: +32 10 77 00 06. Write to us at sales@axivox.com. A visit is arranged in advance, a phone call is enough.
A question before buying, an incident on an installation already live, a press request or a question about your data: these aren't the same people. Here's who to aim for, and what to give them to get an answer on the first try.
Describe your situation in a few lines, through the form or the chat at the bottom of the page. If your installation is in production and something is wrong right now, call +32 10 77 00 06.
You're looking for our address, a demo, or a price. The rest of the page covers the other paths.

Thirty minutes, screen-shared, on your own cases. We build your greeting during the call instead of running through slides. Ask for a demo, or call us directly.
Give us your simultaneous calls, your minutes and the countries where you want numbers: those are the three things no price can be taken seriously without. Fill in the quote form, answer within one business day.
Chat and e-mail cover almost everything. The phone stays for escalating an incident already reported.
Click the bubble in the bottom right and ask your question. Someone picks up the thread from there, and you have no form to fill in and no address to type. It's the shortest path for a simple question.
Write to sales@axivox.com. E-mail leaves a record on both sides, which is worth more as soon as there are figures, attachments or several people involved. If your question is about an amount, go through the quote form instead: it asks upfront for the things no price can be calculated without.
Open a ticket by e-mail to sales@axivox.com, with the three useful details (see below). Writing it down leaves a record on both sides and follows the incident through to resolution. Keep the phone for escalation, when an open ticket isn't moving fast enough: +32 10 77 00 06.
We don't have a dedicated inbox. Write to sales@axivox.com with Press in the subject: your message will be passed to management.
One single address: privacy@axivox.com. Access, rectification, erasure, objection. The detail of what we collect and what we do with it is on the privacy page.
Whether you go through chat, e-mail or phone, you reach a team that runs the platform day to day, not an outside call centre. It sees your calls and the state of your installation while it's answering you.
Write to sales@axivox.com: the number that was calling, the number called, and the time to the minute. With those three details we find the call in our records and tell you what happened. One call precisely identified is worth more than ten described from memory. The phone stays for escalation, if the ticket isn't moving.
The number of calls you need to handle at once, your monthly minute volume, and the countries you call. Those are what determine an amount, and the quote form asks for them in that order. The pricing page explains first what the price is calculated on, if you'd like to estimate it yourself.
The user guide shows each screen one by one, with the matching screenshots. Many questions get answered there faster than by e-mail, and it's open to everyone.
There's a category of message we'd rather not receive: the ones asking for a setting you can change yourself in two minutes, without waiting for our reply.
All of that is handled from the interface, and the guide shows you where. Keep us for what deserves it.
